WWDC keynotes

How it works. Transcripts come from Apple's own English caption track, pulled straight off
each event's HLS stream — first-party, not a third-party transcript. Cue text is de-duplicated,
lyrics and stage annotations are stripped, and phrases are matched longest-first with span
consumption, so
most powerful is never also counted as powerful.
Counts are normalised per 10,000 spoken words, because keynotes run anywhere from 30 to 103
minutes. Product names are tracked separately and never counted as hype. Every single match is
logged with its timestamp, so any published number traces back to the exact second it was said.
